Understanding how to interpret QQQ projected high and low levels in your trading day.
When QQQ is trading above the projected high, it signals underlying strength. Price tends to continue higher as buyers remain in control and supply is absorbed. This environment favors momentum and breakout setups to the upside.
When QQQ is trading below the projected low, it signals underlying weakness. Price tends to continue lower as sellers are in control and demand is overwhelmed. This environment favors momentum and breakdown setups to the downside.
When QQQ trades down to the projected low and shows signs of holding, it can create an intraday long opportunity. Price reacting to the level with reduced selling pressure or a visible reversal pattern is a signal that the low may hold for the session.
When QQQ reaches the projected high and fails to push through, it can create an intraday short opportunity. Watch for stalling price action, exhaustion, or a rejection candle at the level as confirmation that buyers are losing momentum.
